Origin and evolution of copyright, specially referred to the chilean law

Abstract

This article reviews the origen of the author right, it historical evolution not only in Chile but also in compared right. To get this, it is approached the rise of this right under the form of real privileges and its development by continental anglo-saxon and european slope. later, the analysis it focused on regulation that ruled in Spain and The Indians and taking care of their reception and development by the chilean right, with special emphasis on the constitutional regulation. finally, the author suggests some disquieting topics about this guarantee.
