La evolucion de la funcion de control de la contraloria general de la republica

Abstract

This article discusses the distinct lack of coordination in both the control carried out by the General Comptroller’s Office of the Republic and the congressional budgetary control, and it shows that the reason for this lack of control on the part of the Comptroller’s Office is partially due to the inadequate evolution of its competence in the control of illegality.
