El confesor como testigo en el nuevo proceso penal

Abstract

This article attempts to uphold the lack of relevance of the second clause in Article 303, and consequently in Article 299, both of the Penal Code, in case a confessor priest refuses to declare as witness in a legal proceeding under the exoneration of the secret of the confessional by the party who makes the confession.
