Ribetes penales de la reforma procesal

Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of the legal system reform on the interpretative possibilities of a series of criminal types that can be committed during the development of a criminal proceeding or that are somehow related to it, in particular concerning the punishable conduct and its modes of commission, the active and passive subjects, the iter criminis, etc. The paper concludes that, even if there is no modification to the criminal dispositions at issue, the way to understand the offenses can no longer be the same as the one existing before enforcing the new proceedings, since the scenario has changed.
