Abstract

Ex novo introduction of indiscreet money legalization arises a series of political-criminal questions, among which its adaptation to the material concept of crime and its consideration as a manifestation of the so-called symbolic criminal law. This article discusses the new penal figure in two sections: one which addresses the need for penal protection and another one which suggests criminal policies.
