Abstract

This paper is about the undergraduate degrees in Italy, in various fields of study, in such as social sciences, business, medicine, comunication, humanities, after the Declaration of Bolonia 1999 for modern learning and research in the new Europe, focussed in juridical courses of first and second year curriculum (198 ECTS), with Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Torts, International Law, Law of European Union, Legal History, Roman Law, Tax Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, Jurisprudence, Law & Economics, Contracts, Corporations.
