Abstract

This paper examines the background of illicit labor externalization and its legal sanction. Likewise, it analyzes the process of deconstruction of the illegal cession of workers through the identification and study of each one of the ways by which the instruments that at the time configured the legal regime of this labor law have been modified or suppressed. Finally, it exposes the challenges posed by the labor relations legal system.
